ICF Home Construction
Your home should do more than shelter you; it should protect you and provide lasting comfort. ICF construction delivers all three. Whether we’re building your custom home, adding a storm shelter for severe weather protection, or expanding your space with a room addition, ICF’s reinforced concrete and continuous insulation outperform traditional construction in strength, efficiency, and durability. Looking for an ICF pool? We can do that too.
Custom ICF Home Construction
ICF home construction is built to outperform standard wood-framed homes in every way. They are up to four times stronger, up to 60% more energy-efficient, and much quieter.
The continuous layers of concrete and foam insulation prevent air leaks, maintain consistent temperatures, block out unwanted noise, and eliminate thermal bridging. The result is a home that feels solid, comfortable, and secure throughout the year.
Every ICF home we build is completely customizable and includes an ERV system (Energy Recovery Ventilator). This fresh air system draws air from the outside and exhausts stale air out of the home. The fully adjustable filtered system exchanges air for a healthier environment, giving you continuous fresh air without sacrificing the energy efficiency ICF is known for.
ICF Storm Shelters
When severe weather strikes, strength matters. Our storm shelters are engineered to withstand high winds and flying debris, providing the ultimate protection for everyone in your home.
We build both stand-alone and integrated storm shelters for new and existing homes. Options include in-ground and above-ground designs, all built with the same reinforced concrete and insulation system used in our custom homes.
Room Remodels And Patio Homes
Our ICF services are not limited to just new home builds. We also work with customers on room additions, remodels, and patio homes that need the same efficiency and durability as our custom homes. Whether you are expanding your space or starting fresh, we can integrate ICF construction seamlessly into your home.
Hybrid ICF Construction
Not every project needs to be fully ICF to enjoy its benefits. Our storm shelters are engineered to withstand high winds and flying debris, providing the ultimate protection for everyone in your home.
This approach allows you to enjoy some of the advantages of ICF, such as energy efficiency and durability while keeping your project on budget.
