Our 2-Year Warranty

Every Jems home comes with a 24 month warranty covering workmanship and materials-12 months of extra protection beyond the industry standard.

ERV Systems for a Healthier Environment

A key feature of every Jems home is an ERV system (Energy Recovery Ventilator). This fully adjustable, filtered, fresh air system draws air from the outside, exhausts stale air from the inside; creating a healthier indoor environment.
