Our Team
Eric Denlinger
With 38 years in concrete construction and 14 years specializing in ICF, Eric has watched this technology evolve from a specialty product to an industry standard. His appreciation to God for an awesome creation and the love of Jesus Christ shows in how he approaches work and serves our clients. Excellence and integrity are reflected in each project from concept to completion. Eric and his wife Marcia enjoy time with their children, three grandchildren, traveling, and fishing.
Steve Boone
Steve started in construction at 16 and brings diverse experience from residential and commercial projects to concrete construction. Since joining Eric in 2012 and discovering ICF technology, he helped form Jems Homes, specializing in turn-key custom builds. His faith in Jesus Christ is central to everything he does, guiding both his work ethic and commitment to clients. Steve and his wife Julie have three children and enjoy outdoor activities, family vacations, and hobby farming at home.
